Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we won’t be able offer you a refund or exchange.
Returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send us a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations only partial refunds will be returned:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Approved refunds will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, within a certain amount of days.
At Style908 we know how difficult it can be to know which size is right for you, even after long sessions of deliberation. This is why we offer free returns on all orders. We aim to make it as simple and pain free for you as possible.
If you have an item that you would like to return, simply make sure all the tags are on, and the item is exactly as you received it. You will need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your proof of purchase. Contact us through email (firstname.lastname@example.org), Facebook (Style908) or Instagram (style908_) letting us know and we will take it from there. You will be sent an email with a label to stick onto the front of the parcel. We will even offer you the option of having a courier pick it up from your door!
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Style908, 15 Hornbeam Gardens, Nottingham, NG6 7DR, GB.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and so if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It covers you if we don't receive your item however, this is unlikely.
